Mr. Louboutin is designing 3 of our childhood favorites but felt that Barbie needed some plastic surgery…on her ankles…because they were, get this, too fat! Yup. Barbie comes with her very own body image complex about her ankles. Well, at least they come with fabulous shoes to cover up the unsightly things.
