		<description>I think some easy ways that we have avoided those sugary cereals is that we&#039;ve never brought them into our home.  And, since we don&#039;t watch TV, my kids don&#039;t see the commercials and want all of them anyway.</description>

As long as kids are busy practising sport activities they burn sugar but you&#039;re right too much is too much.

We should (kids or adults) prefer sugar from fruit &amp; veggies coming with vitamins &amp; water.
