		<description>Many thanks for this comprehensive list. I&#039;ll try to use it as thoroughly as possible and I hope it will help me cope with my stress. Having kids on one hand is really amusing and incredible feeling but on the other it is a big responsibility and very stresful.

I&#039;m sure that if I try to hold on to that least at least some of my stressed will be reduced.
